Founded by Mark Urry, Emotional Solutions is something different. We live our life as we run our organisation, with  openness, compassionate honesty and accountability. We work alongside individuals and organisations to create environments where emotional management seamlessly infused into every aspect of life, a lived reality that fosters personal and professional growth.

At Emotional Solutions, we found that other peoples opinions and methodologies didn't work for us, so we created are own. Infusing lived experience with diverse professional insight to provide a unique, neurodivergent perspective on emotional management. Our tailored methodologies are generic and specific, and designed (but not limited to):

• Develop healthier responses to stress, conflict and emotional triggers.

• Foster authentic, judgment-free communication in all aspects of life.
